Workshop Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by Participant:

• Refund Policy:
• Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via email.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop start date.
• Transfer of Registration:
• Participants may transfer their registration to another person by notifying us via email at least 14 days before the workshop starts.

Cancellation by Organizer:

• Unforeseen Circumstances:
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor illness or other emergencies, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop. Participants will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements may be offered.
• Refund for Organizer Cancellation:
• In the case of organizer-initiated cancellations, participants will receive a full refund of their registration fees.

General Terms:

• Notification:
• All cancellation requests and notifications should be sent to askvenus21@gmail.com
• Late Arrival:
• Participants who arrive late or are absent for any portion of the workshop will not receive a refund.
• Non-Attendance:
• Participants who do not attend the workshop without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund as supplies and product has been set aside for your arrival.
